Spring Air Conditioning Maintenance Visit (Once per year)
Confirmation that your unit is operating correctly and that it will be able to maintain the temperature in your home regardless of the season. This also maintains the efficiency of your unit(s) and is often required from the manufacturer.
Fall Heating System Maintenance Visit (Once per year)
Confirmation that your unit is operating correctly and that it will be able to maintain the temperature in your home regardless of the season. This also maintains the efficiency of your unit(s) and is often required from the manufacturer.
Electrical Safety System Inspection & Main Electrical Panel Tune Up (If requested)
A professional safety inspection of your electrical system (including your: outlets, GFCI outlets wiring, smoke and CO detectors, circuit breakers, and surge protection), as well as, tune up of your electrical panel (including checking all connections and operations).
Plumbing System Inspection & Water Heater Flush (If requested)
We will check all your home’s emergency water shut off valves, the condition of your pipes, and your plumbing fixtures to make sure there are no leaks or issues in general.
